SERVPRO of Campbell, Claiborne, Scott, and Union Counties  423-562-7378

The likelihood of water damage isn’t limited to those who live in tropical climates or near the sea; anyone who lives in a house that has indoor plumbing is likely to see leaks, burst pipes, or overflows that result in mild (relative to what could happen) to terrifying amounts of water damage. If you’re the kind of person who worries about a hobby, don’t stop. We’ll always have tornadoes and old-fashioned rainstorms to cause water-damage misery.

If you notice water damage in your home, call SERVPRO of Campbell, Claiborne, Scott, and Union Counties; we are leaders in the remediation of water damage and its frequent accomplice, microbial growth (such as mold). If there is water gushing, dripping, pooling, … even if the area is somewhat damp, call us immediately because the sooner we get rid of the water, the sooner we can prevent further damage.

Call us at 423-562-7378.

We are:

  • Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every single day for emergency service
  • Faster to any size disaster
  • Magnificently trained, committed to continuing education
  • Leaders in restoration from water damage and in mold mitigation (or other microbial growth)

Watch Our for These Main Causes of Water Damage:

Burst pipes

Clogs that strain the pipes or weak spots can lead to bursts. If your house’s plumbing is older than you are, consult a plumber.

Leaking Pipe or Drain

When you hear or see water leaks, don’t ignore them. They will not go away on their own, and they’re already doing damage to the walls, ceiling, or floors. We can and will remediate the damage and dry the area, but why not cut off the damage early?

Dishwasher/Fridge/Washing Machine Leak

See above for more information – often the leaks come from hoses, in which case the repairs are easy.

Ice Dam

Drats, the people who told us to clean out the gutters were right.

Overflowed Sink/Bathtub/Toilet or Clogged Drains

If you can’t get rid of clogs by using store products, bite the checking account and call in a plumber. It’s much less expensive than handling a burst pipe or major leak. If you use a stopper to close the bathtub overflow drain, don’t do that anymore. If you fill up sinks and then leave the room, don’t do that either.

Sewer Drain Back-up or Storm Drain Back-up

Blame the metro waterworks. It’s still a drag. We are experienced at cleaning up biohazards and will ensure your safety.

Sump Pump Failure

If the sump pump sounds as if has apnea or is wheezing, get it fixed before your basement or crawlspace looks like a silty wading pool.

Foundation Leak

Ugh.

Roof Leak or Window Leak or Chimney Leak

Hailstorms and heavy winds from tornadoes are often to blame. Take up companies on their offers to check your house.
